Position Available: Insurance and Financial Services Protégé Agent

Position Description: Partner with 20 full-time Division staff and receive hands on training.  Work for an existing Agent, earning a salary and commissions, while you are mentored by a successful existing agent.  This allows you to work one on one with an agent and learn their best practices. 

Compensation: Once initial training requirements are met, the average 1st year earnings are between $30,000-$60,000. 

Position Available: Agency Acquisition – Acquire an existing location

Position Description: Take over an existing Book of Business.  Acquire not only the existing clients but also the recurring policy revenue.  Once you have met all of our pre-screening requirements you will be able to move forward within the program.  Our business consultants and training staff will be by your side coach and mentoring you among different aspects of the acquisition process; for example your business plan, marketing plan, retention plan, to name a few. The goal is to double the value of the business within two years, through cross selling the existing book of business, and establishing new business as well.  This is not a time sensitive process as; we want you to make an educated decision that will bring you and your family personal and financial long-term success.

Compensation and Benefits:  Pre-qualified candidates can take advantage of the recurring policy revenue, a comprehensive benefits plan, and uncapped bonuses & commissions potential.

Position Requirements: Experience within the Insurance Industry is not a must. 
We are looking for individuals who are motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit, have a strong worth ethic, and are self-motivated.  The ideal candidate for either position is someone who is looking for a career versus another job.
The qualified candidate will have at least an Associate’s College Degree and possess:
  • Sales and/or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills -- both written and verbal
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a fearless and positive attitude
  • Self-motivation and goal-orientation
• Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills
• Desire to continually learn new products and services
• Desire to be active in the community
• Basic computer skills
• Good credit history -- no bankruptcies within the last 12 months
• A favorable criminal record -- No Felonies
